As with ETH transacting support, this feature is in beta phase
All key functionality works, for both ETC and ETC tokens:
- Tracking wallet: getbalance, twview, listaddresses
- TX create, send, sign
- TX bumping
- ERC20 token creation, deployment

Differences from ETH:
- Start Parity with --jsonrpc-port=8555 (or --ports-shift=10) and --chain=classic
- Launch MMGen commands with --coin=etc
