Command invocation syntax is the same as for the `mmgen-tool` utility.
Currently, only THORChain public endpoints are supported
Help:
$ mmgen-remote --coin=rune --help
Sample invocation:
$ mmgen-remote --log --proxy=localhost:9050 --coin=rune lastblock coin=btc
Testing:
$ test/cmdtest.py -e remote
