 armbian_rootenc_setup.sh: various minor fixes 
- increase boot partition size to 400MB
- add ‘lan’ to ethdev search list

Tested on:

    Nano Pi M6 - Ubuntu Noble Gnome desktop, vendor kernel
    Nano Pi M6 - Ubuntu Noble IOT/minimal, mainline kernel

    Use the -m option to include all loaded modules in initrd
